Richard Barnett, the Jan. 6 Capitol protester who was photographed with his feet on the desk of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and subsequently threw a hissy fit in court upon his arrest, seems to be really testing the patience of federal prosecutors.
Barnett, 65, was granted a pretrial release in April and allowed to return to his Arkansas home where he allegedly threw a birthday party and had the police called on him twice. On Thursday, the United States Attorney's Office submitted a scathing six-page motion announcing opposition to Barnett's request to travel 215 miles for a car show...
