LOL: TikTok Outage Leaves Millions Of Kids Depressed Around The World...
Thousands of TikTok users across the globe have been left unable to use the video sharing app as it experiences widespread outages. The majority of complaints about the app's usability were just before 6am Wednesday, according to services outage tracking website Downdetector. Issues were still being reported as of 8.50am.
Most of the users impacted live in the United States, with New York and California the worst hit regions, the website said. The most reported problem is viewing videos followed by login difficulties. ByteDance, TikTok's' Chinese owned parent company, is yet to comment on the disturbances. Frustrated users flocked to social media to complain they could not access the app.
